If It Fits, We Prepare an Offer
If the property matches our acquisition criteria, we'll prepare a direct purchase offer. This is not an appraisal — it's what we, as a buyer, are able to pay given our analysis and business model. We explain how we arrived at the number.
You Decide Whether to Accept
The decision is entirely yours. Accept the offer, negotiate, or walk away — there is no pressure. If you accept, we handle the paperwork and work with a title company or closing attorney to complete the transaction on your timeline.
